    Each participant must purchase an Entry Bingo Card prior to Add-on Cards. Bingo Night requires a MINIMUM of 10 participants within 24 hours of the event start time. If the minimum participant amount is not met, Bingo Night will be CANCELLED & participants will have the option for either a refund or reschedule for any following Bingo Nights. If the event is cancelled, notification will be sent out via E-mail. We hope to see you there!

    BE ADVISED THAT THE STUDIO ALLOWS ALL GENDERS TO POLE AT THE STUDIO WITH SELECT CLASSES EXCLUDED. If for any reason you would like a class with only women, please contact the studio via email @ soulmagikstudios.tlf@gmail.com or phone call/text @ 509-850-0372. Always leave a message. Everyone must participate in classes, as spectators are only allowed during select classes such as Stage Night. The studio reserves the right to decline services to anyone if studio rules are not being followed or if any action deems inappropriate.

    Please refer to cancellation policy for reschedules/cancellation. You must cancel/reschedule AT LEAST 12 hours prior to class time or you forfeit your class. Series  More than 2 reschedules of the same class will also forfeit your class. No exceptions. No refunds. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, & Series require a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS notice or else payment is fully forfeited. $75 non-refundable fee for party cancellations under 7 days.
    No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. 

    Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time.
