Service Description

Tier=6 Classes *Recommended PreReqPoleIntro & Tier1&2 prior* MUST pre-book online to secure spot. Walk-ins welcome at own risk of class being full/cancelled/etc. Ages 16 and up. (Minors must refer to rules on Intro tab) "FLIE" Foundations Levitations Inversions Elevations Prepping our bodies for moves that require more strength & skin friction & taking things off the ground: "Levitate" Take these tiers as many times as needed. WHAT TO WEAR: Skin friction required. Dress down: Small top, shorts, etc. OR purchase sticky wear. GRIP AID Different grip aids are available. Itac2, Dry Hands & Babe Grip available for purchase @ the studio. LEVITATIONS TIER 3 We will go over the basics of getting off the ground. We will: -Strength Train -Condition the skin & different pockets through various pole moves on & off the ground -Acquire correct skills & form for bracketed spins & moves -Gain additional groundwork skills & vocabulary that requires base strength -Learn how to utilize the entire body vs powering through just the biceps (No, pole is NOT just upper body strength) -Introduce spin pole vs just stationary -Build strength to release various body parts The goal is to obtain proper technique in various body pockets & grips to aerially advance safely & comfortably. Skin friction is the hardest thing to overcome in pole, but it DOES get easier! *Tier 1,2&3 completion RECOMMENDED prior to Tier 4* LEVITATIONS TIER 4 We will build off the basics from Lev. Tier 3 & build strength to go upside down for Inversions. We will: -Advance into aerial moves from climbs -Add additional groundwork & vocabulary that requires a good base strength -Play w/more pockets & grips & further condition the skin -Learn moves that require the release of various body parts -Work towards being able to hang our entire body weight in the air -Improve muscle stability to lift our hips overhead & back down in a controlled manner with no pain/strain in the lats -Explore spin pole & techniques -Explore the power of static rotation The goal is to feel comfortable in the air in various positions & body pockets, be comfortable with leg releases & spin pole, be able to hang in the air & lift our hips over head with no pain or strain. *Tier 1,2,3,4 RECOMMENDED prior to Inversions* Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Cancellation Policy

Log into your account to cancel/reschedule. 12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. Unlimited Memberships require the same notice, or full class price fee is due and membership is suspended until fee is paid. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, & Series require a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS notice or else payment is fully forfeited. $75 non-refundable fee for party cancellations under 7 days. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date.  Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. 15-MINUTE LATE In consideration of other students and for safety reason, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your sessions scheduled start time or you forfeit your class. Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up, and are at higher risk of injury. You may depart at any time once the session has started. TRAIN POLICY: To keep things fair, if you get stuck at a train take a picture and show it to instructor IN PERSON. Anything other than in person will NOT credit you.  If you end up being more than 15 mins late due to the train, and you would like to still attend class, show instructor your picture and make sure to hop in doing a full body warm up prior to hopping on to pole stuff. We still want you practicing safely & we need to make sure your body is warm! Injuries SUCK to come back from, so make sure you are warm! If you would rather attend a different class due to being so late, that is also an option ONLY if picture of the train is presented IN PERSON.
