Service Description

Tier=6 Classes No pre classes required Throw on your slinky attire & let's slide! We will learn a series of sexy, slinky Liquid Motion floor movements (no pole) & build towards tying them together in various combos. Liquid Motion is an amazing base to ALL movement on & off the pole! So even with no pole in this class, it will benefit you tremendously! Take these tiers as many times as needed. WHAT TO WEAR: Long pants/thigh highs. Knee pads recommended/thick leg wear to help protect knees. Socks. Longer shirt, wear layers in case you get hot. Whatever you feel you can slide around in! LIQUID MOTION TIER A: We will work towards grasping the 5 fundamentals & techniques. We will: -Connect w/our bodies through the 5 fundamentals & techniques -Learn a variety of moves that will help activate proprioception -Experiment w/windows & threading -Play w/posture & pelvis activation -Work towards building strength for moves that require more core & shoulder stability The goal is to tune in with ourselves & learn to let go & let things happen, to utilize our whole body & to discover our own unique movement pathways through a handful of guided movement patterns. *Tier A completion RECOMMENDED prior to Tier B* LIQUID MOTION TIER B: We will build off fundamentals from Liquid Motion Tier A. We will: -Dive into moves & transitions built off Liquid Motion Tier A moves -Digest more twists & turns -Layer moves together w/additional difficulty & moves -Work towards conquering moves that require more core & shoulder strength & stability The goal is to have a good base of Liquid Motion moves & proprioception practice to continuously build your movement mazes & magic! *Tier A&B completion RECOMMENDED prior to Enhanced* LIQUID MOTION ENHANCED We will learn a variety of guided movements to help continue your path to proprioception & discovery of your own unique movement pathways. We will continue learned movements from Liquid Motion Tier A & Tier B to further our vocabularies with even more moves & variety of combos. The goal is to not have to think about our movement, the goal is to FEEL it, to connect to it, to be entranced by it, to be engulfed by it, to move like LIQUID & to fall in love with ourselves & movement! Cancellation Policy

Log into your account to cancel/reschedule. 12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. Unlimited Memberships require the same notice, or full class price fee is due and membership is suspended until fee is paid. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, & Series require a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS notice or else payment is fully forfeited. $75 non-refundable fee for party cancellations under 7 days. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date.  Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. 15-MINUTE LATE In consideration of other students and for safety reason, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your sessions scheduled start time or you forfeit your class. Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up, and are at higher risk of injury. You may depart at any time once the session has started. TRAIN POLICY: To keep things fair, if you get stuck at a train take a picture and show it to instructor IN PERSON. Anything other than in person will NOT credit you.  If you end up being more than 15 mins late due to the train, and you would like to still attend class, show instructor your picture and make sure to hop in doing a full body warm up prior to hopping on to pole stuff. We still want you practicing safely & we need to make sure your body is warm! Injuries SUCK to come back from, so make sure you are warm! If you would rather attend a different class due to being so late, that is also an option ONLY if picture of the train is presented IN PERSON.
