3 Class Series with Dbl Entrée (Savannah) Fri Mar 15, 22, & 29 @ 4:30-6pm (Drop-ins welcome, but will be beneficial to do entire series) 1.5 hrs No Pre Req Pole Intro Required MUST pre book online/in advance to secure spot. Please fill out the online waiver as there are no paper copies at the studio, except for minor waivers. All Ages Provided: Flexibility training template Come prepared to work hard! Will be difficult to complete WS with tired/sore muscles. Class #1 Intro to flexibility training - Types of flexibility, minimum effective dose, etc., straddles Class #2 Continuing flexibility - How to measure progress, forward splits Class #3 Optimizing flexibility - Time of day to train strategic placement of types of stretches during workouts, temperature, should & back flexibility (not a back bending class) This class is perfect for you if you are: - Feeling lack of time to train for the flexibility you need - Unsure of what to prioritize - Looking for feedback on form in various positions - Feeling flexibility fades quickly/difficult to maintain or progress - Past the beginner gains and have plateaued - Wanting a bit of science behind flexibility training You will learn: - Training differences between passive & active, static & dynamic flexibility - How often you should train for - Individual goals - Length/intensity stretches should be held for - How to improve cold flexibility - Working with positions such as square, open, side & straddle s splits - Improving back flexibility & thoracic rotation - How to measure progress outside of changes to range of motion - Training for unique requirements of these positions on pole/other aerial apparatuses What to wear: Wear what you are easily able to bend & twist & turn in. There will be no make up classes for any missed classes. You will benefit the most if you can make it to all classes. Please sign up under drop-in tab if doing a drop-in. No refunds, series credit may be given for another series. Series cancellations under 72 hrs prior to series start date are forfeited. Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Log in to cancel. 72 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to series start date must be given or class is forfeited. No Refunds. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. There are no make up dates for series.
