Service Description
Come Practice & Take Pics for 1 Hr During Photo Fun! **Recommended to take Pre Req Pole Intro prior to this class.** MUST pre-book online to secure spot. Walk-ins welcome at own risk of class being full, cancelled, etc. Ages 18 and up. PHOTO FUN is an Open Practice time to also get pics taken! These are NOT professional photoshoot sessions, but it is still super fun to track your progress! Pics can be taken by instructor, other classmates, or yourself. Dress up if you want & come play, practice, and applaud your peers! Instructor may or may not be present and also pole play. (Feel free to still ask instructor questions as needed). There is no class instruction as this is an independent practice time (Feel free to still ask instructor questions as needed). Make sure to warm up properly, add a variety of movement and cool down. NO TUTORIALS. NO TEACHING OTHERS. Practice hours are meant for practicing moves you already know. Do not attempt strenuous or aerial moves you have never done before during practice unless given explicit permission & instruction for that particular move by instructor of Soul Magik Studios. Due to liability purposes, only Soul Magik Studios instructors may teach at the studio. You can not teach your friend/others during practice. You may, however, review mutual moves you learned in class with other participants. If you are found not following the rules you will be fined and expected to pay on the spot $10 for each occurrence. Log into your account to manage bookings. • Single Class/Mini, Mighty, Mega Package/Extended Pass/Practice Package/Try it Trial: -12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. • Tier Package/Series Package/Pole Party/Private Lesson/Event: - 72 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to FIRST class start time must be given or else payment is fully forfeited. - $75 non-refundable fee for cancellations under 7 days. - There are no make up dates for Tier/Series Package. • 15-MINUTE LATE - In consideration of others & safety purposes, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your session start time or you forfeit your class. - Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up & are at higher risk of injury. - You may depart at any time once the session has started. • TRAIN POLICY: - Caught at a train? -Take a picture & show it to instructor IN PERSON. - Still want to join after 15 mins? - Warm up FULLY before participating. We want you practicing safely! - More than 15 mins late DUE TO TRAIN & prefer to reschedule? - Present picture of the train IN PERSON. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. Pre-book to guarantee your spot. Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. Tiers/Classes/Events may get cancelled/rescheduled if no/not enough sign ups.
