Getting Married or Looking for a Fun Night Out on a Town? Book a Party & Let the Fun Begin! PICK YOUR THEME: Party A - Mini Pole Routine! - You pick the vibe! - We make the routine! Party B - Battle it Out! - We provide the moves - You make the routine! - Each team will make a routine and battle it out! Party C - Pole & Lap Dance Combo! - Let's get sexy! Put in a request for any other themes or ideas, as this party is all about you and what you want to do! PICK YOUR DURATION: 1 Hr 1.5 Hrs 2 Hrs - (2 hrs include games. If you do not want the games, choose the 1 or 1.5 hr party) $100 Additional Reserve Fee for Saturdays/Sundays Price is for the ENTIRE party. 2 hr parties include the following: - Naughty Games: - Pin the Macho on the Man - Pecker Ring Toss - Kiss my...!! (Bring your own lipstick) - Roll the dice before you leave! Winners of each game will win $5 off a class at Soul Magik Studios & party host(you) may also supply additional prizes if desired. FOOD & DECORATIONS: You are welcome to decorate the lobby but make sure to show up with plenty of time as your reserved time is when your pole party starts. Make sure to pick up the space within 15 mins after your party reserved time has ended. You are welcome to bring food & NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages in the lobby for an additional $50 clean up fee. Let's have some fun! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY - 72 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to party time must be given or else payment is fully forfeited. - $75 non-refundable fee for cancellations under 7 days. If participants are more than 15 minutes late, they will not get to participate.
Cancellation Policy
Log into your account to manage bookings. • Single Class/Mini, Mighty, Mega Package/Extended Pass/Practice Package/Try it Trial: -12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. • Tier Package/Series Package/Pole Party/Private Lesson/Event: - 72 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to FIRST class start time must be given or else payment is fully forfeited. - $75 non-refundable fee for cancellations under 7 days. - There are no make up dates for Tier/Series Package. • 15-MINUTE LATE - In consideration of others & safety purposes, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your session start time or you forfeit your class. - Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up & are at higher risk of injury. - You may depart at any time once the session has started. • TRAIN POLICY: - Caught at a train? -Take a picture & show it to instructor IN PERSON. - Still want to join after 15 mins? - Warm up FULLY before participating. We want you practicing safely! - More than 15 mins late DUE TO TRAIN & prefer to reschedule? - Present picture of the train IN PERSON. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. Pre-book to guarantee your spot. Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. Tiers/Classes/Events may get cancelled/rescheduled if no/not enough sign ups.
