Service Description
1 Hr *Pre-Requisite to ANY Pole Class* Not ready for pole: start w/Pole Prep or Liquid Motion Classes MUST pre-book online to secure spot. Walk-ins welcome at own risk. Please fill out the online waiver as there are no paper copies at the studio, except for minor waivers. Transfer students please contact us minimum 48 hrs prior to class via phone @ 509-850-0372 in order to bypass intro (If you don't know your 3 P's, it's recommended to take this class). Leave a message, as we receive a lot of spam calls. Ages 16 and up class. (See below for rules regarding minors). WHAT TO WEAR: Wear whatever you are comfortable in! Layers are good, you might get hot. Socks/half toe grips/lyrical slippers are HIGHLY recommended as we will be pivoting a lot in this class. We will: -Briefly cover studio etiquette, expectations & important reminders -Warm up -Go over our 3 P's -Learn T-zone muscle awareness exercises -Do basic walking around the pole -Touch on swing motion -Learn a mini routine -End with a cool down. Please refer to our FAQs&Policies page for additional questions. Feel free to contact us if you still have questions that weren't answered on our FAQs&Policies page. **15 years old and under MUST be accompanied by an adult. Parent/legal guardian can sign off for minors to attend by themselves (age limits apply). Submit online AND in person waiver. Minors MUST have parent/legal guardian COME IN PERSON to sign a waiver. Waiver requires the following: -ID number of parent/legal guardian. -Proof of Insurance for minor. -List of people who are allowed to pick minor up. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES. If minor shows up without parent/legal guardian to sign waiver, minor will NOT be able to attend & will forfeit class. Rules: -3 strike rule - Parent/legal guardians/adult are responsible for holding minors accountable for good behavior. All minors are expected to follow studio rules and class session guide. Soul Magik Studios reserves the right to decline services if studio rules are not being followed. -Parent/legal guardian/allowed person from list pick up time also adheres to the 3 strike rule. Please be at studio on time to pick up minor. Only people on the list of allowed people will be able to pick up the minor. Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Cancellation Policy
Log into your account to cancel/reschedule. 12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. Unlimited Memberships require the same notice, or full class price fee is due and membership is suspended until fee is paid. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, & Series require a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS notice or else payment is fully forfeited. $75 non-refundable fee for party cancellations under 7 days. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. 15-MINUTE LATE In consideration of other students and for safety reason, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your sessions scheduled start time or you forfeit your class. Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up, and are at higher risk of injury. You may depart at any time once the session has started. TRAIN POLICY: To keep things fair, if you get stuck at a train take a picture and show it to instructor IN PERSON. Anything other than in person will NOT credit you. If you end up being more than 15 mins late due to the train, and you would like to still attend class, show instructor your picture and make sure to hop in doing a full body warm up prior to hopping on to pole stuff. We still want you practicing safely & we need to make sure your body is warm! Injuries SUCK to come back from, so make sure you are warm! If you would rather attend a different class due to being so late, that is also an option ONLY if picture of the train is presented IN PERSON.
