The fundamentals & creation of good habits will carry w/you your entire journey! Follow our Core Focus Themes & Elevated classes & "FLIE" Foundations Levitations Inversions Elevations WHAT TO WEAR: - Whatever you are comfortable in! - KNEE PADS recommended - Socks/lyrical slippers/half toe socks are also great to keep in your bag 1.0FOUNDATIONS: We will: - Explore extensions & energy - Activate our pelvis & T-zone awareness - Imprint our Pole Posture - Manipulate our space & tools - Learn a handful of moves & transitions to initiate body awareness & creative movement The goal: - Help guide your discovery of your own unique movement pathways - Discover body awareness - Build confidence & fluidity - Establish good form & strength. 2.0FOUNDATIONS: For 2.0Foundations it is helpful to feel solid in: - Pole Posture - Manipulating connection points & space We will: - Increase strength & skill w/swing motion & spins - Further build our movement vocabularies to help towards creative movement exploration The goal: - Heighten our all around body awareness through established practices - Build strength & good form ELEVATIONS2.5: For Elevations2.5 it is helpful to feel solid in: - Pole Posture - Manipulating connection points & space We will: - Elevate & Expand on 1.0 - 2.0 - Focus on spins, transitions & flow The goal: - Help guide your discovery of your own unique movement pathways - Discover body awareness - Build confidence & fluidity - Establish good form & strength. Take all classes offered as many times as desired, there's a lot to learn & grasp! For 3.0Levitations it is helpful to feel solid in: - Lifting your body weight ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pre-book to secure spot - walk-ins welcome at own risk. Complete online waiver (paper copies only available for minors). Ages 16 & up class. (Minors: Refer to rules on FAQs&Policies page). Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Cancellation Policy
Log into your account to manage bookings. • Single Class/Mini, Mighty, Mega Package/Extended Pass/Practice Package/Try it Trial: -12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. • Tier Package/Series Package/Pole Party/Private Lesson/Event: - 72 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to FIRST class start time must be given or else payment is fully forfeited. - $75 non-refundable fee for cancellations under 7 days. - There are no make up dates for Tier/Series Package. • 15-MINUTE LATE - In consideration of others & safety purposes, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your session start time or you forfeit your class. - Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up & are at higher risk of injury. - You may depart at any time once the session has started. • TRAIN POLICY: - Caught at a train? -Take a picture & show it to instructor IN PERSON. - Still want to join after 15 mins? - Warm up FULLY before participating. We want you practicing safely! - More than 15 mins late DUE TO TRAIN & prefer to reschedule? - Present picture of the train IN PERSON. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. Pre-book to guarantee your spot. Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. Tiers/Classes/Events may get cancelled/rescheduled if no/not enough sign ups.
